BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
For your convenience our Spa is open 7 days a week from 10.00am to 8.00pm Monday through Friday, 9-30am to 6.00pm Saturday and 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sunday, whilst our Clinic & Dispensary are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00am to 6.00pm apart from Thursday when it is open until 8.00pm. To reserve your treatment or consultation, call in, or telephone us on 020 8995 2293. Whilst we always welcome 'walk ins' if we have space, to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend booking packages and weekend & evening appointments at least 21 days in advance as we do get very busy at these popular times. In all instances when making appointments we will require your credit/debit card details in order to confirm and hold your booking.

Because of all the variables associated with booking and confirming appointments, we are unable to take actual bookings via e-mail. You will find it quicker and easier to talk to us directly on the telephone 020 8995 2293 as regards the availability and timing of treatments, packages, etc. We are likewise unable to accept cancellations by e-mail, please call Reception on 020 8995 2293 and obtain a cancellation reference.

KEEPING YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please do leave plenty of time to keep your appointment (especially if you have to park your car) so that you don't arrive late and stressed! Ideally arrange to arrive here at least 15 minutes (30 minutes for packages) before your appointment starts in order to complete booking in and preparation formalities. In addition this time will enable you to slow down, relax and start breathing properly from your abdomen, also try to avoid drinking coffee or caffeinated soft drinks beforehand, as they can make it harder for you to relax.

APPOINTMENT TIMING
As a courtesy to all our clients and the professionals we employ, we do operate to a prompt appointment schedule, so please understand that if you are late arriving it may not be possible to provide the services reserved. Unfortunately in any such instances we will have to charge for the full amount of the time/treatment reserved. All treatment times indicated are approximate and inclusive of client and Practitioner/Therapist preparation.

SPA ETIQUETTE
For the peace and comfort of all our guests please ensure that you switch off your mobile phone prior to entering the Spa/Clinic and do not use cameras or personal stereos for the duration of your visit. We thank all our clients for adhering to our no smoking policy.

'WET TREATMENTS'
To ensure comfort and privacy, clients having hydrotherapy treatments are advised to bring their own bathing suit. NB. All water used throughout the Spa, is specially filtered to remove chemicals and hardening minerals.

COMPLIMENTARY REFRESHMENTS
A selection of herbal teas and chilled filtered water are available in our roof garden relaxation lounge and are FREE of charge to all our Clinic patients and Day Spa guests.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We strongly recommend that you wear minimal jewellery as it can hamper treatments, we are also unable to accept any responsibility for loss of, or damage to, clients' personal belongings during their visit.

NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION BONUS

  • Pre-paid package 1. A full consultation plus three follow up consultations for £169-25
    (a saving of £25-00 on the individual price of £194-25).
  • Pre-paid package 2. A full consultation plus five follow ups for £210
    (a saving of £47.25 on the individual price of £257-25).
    Pre-paid packages are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Are available for all our treatments and for the products we stock. Our personalised vouchers are perfect for that special occasion, birthday, anniversary, wedding etc.etc. If you are paying for your treatment(s) with a Gift Voucher please ensure that you bring it with you and present it to our reception staff upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatment(s) without either a valid Gift Voucher or payment in full, in which case you will be refunded on subsequent presentation of the voucher. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

CANCELLATIONS
Treatments & Consultations are selected and reserved specifically according to your requirements and the availability of our Practitioners & Therapists. In order to best accommodate all our clients and as a courtesy to the professionals we employ, we do require at least 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations (48 hours for packages 5 working days for 2 or more persons). Please understand that if we do not receive the appropriate notice of any changes or you just fail to keep an appointment, then the full cost of the treatment(s) reserved will be charged.

Whilst we will endeavour to keep all appointments, if for any reason we are unable to provide any part of a service on the date of your appointment, we will be entitled to cancel your original booking, and offer you: A) a new appointment for the cancelled treatment at the next convenient opportunity; or B) where the unavailable treatment is part of a package, to substitute it with an alternative treatment of a similar value. Wherever reasonably possible, we will try to contact you in advance to advise you of any circumstances affecting the availability of a booked treatment.

Likewise if you feel uncomfortable at any time tell us; if you don't like the music being played or you would prefer silence just say, if you are unsure about what clothing to remove, please talk to your therapist.
