NB All water used throughout the Spa has been specially filtered to remove chemicals and hardening minerals, leaving it tasting and feeling oxygenated and alive.

APPOINTMENT TIMING - All times indicated are inclusive of client and Therapist preparation.
CANCELLATIONS - Treatments & Consultations are selected and reserved specifically according to your requirements and the availability of our Practitioners & Therapists. In order to best accommodate all our clients and as a courtesy to the professionals we employ, we do require at least 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations (48 hours for packages 5 working days for 2 or more persons). Please understand that if we do not receive the appropriate notice of any changes or you just fail to keep an appointment, then the full cost of the treatment(s) reserved will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept cancellations by e-mail, please call Reception on 020-8995-2293 and obtain a cancellation reference.
Whilst we will endeavour to keep all appointments, if for any reason we are unable to provide any part of a service on the date of your appointment, we will be entitled to cancel your original booking, and offer you: A) a new appointment for the cancelled treatment at the next convenient opportunity; or B) where the unavailable treatment is part of a package, to substitute it with an alternative treatment of a similar value. Wherever reasonably possible, we will try to contact you in advance to advise you of any circumstances affecting the availability of a booked treatment.
